How to Freeze Rice
When you are cooking your next batch of rice, cook a little extra and freeze it. This can be a big time saver, especially with brown rice that can take such a long time to cook.
Cook the rice like normal. When cool spread it out on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and stick it in the freezer. Once frozen, store it in a freezer bag or container and take out when needed!
