Ultimate Snicker Brownies Recipe

Make sure to REPIN the recipe 🙂

I was trying to come up with a recipe to make this week – I had not made brownies in a while. If you did not know I use to make brownies ALL the time when I worked at Disneyland

I would try and bake for my co workers on a regular basis 🙂 Especially on the closing shifts — if you do not know in attractions at Disneyland we would stay around 1 hour or so after closing to shut everything down so many of us did not leave until well after 10 pm — I am not a night person so any caffeine or sugar boost was much appreciated.

Everyone in my family loves snicker bars so I thought it would be the perfect marriage. I personally never cared for snicker bars I am ALL about Almond Joys…. Weird I know

But these are seriously the Ultimate Snicker Brownies recipe

You can use any brownie mix you want but I love the Ghiradelli brownie mixes – they are a bit more expensive I think about $3 but it is well worth it

This is the exact brownie mix I use to make for Eric back in the day so I thought it would be appropriate to use it for today’s recipe

I was making this recipe up on the fly and ended up buying too many snicker bars – I ended up using 8 of them for the recipe

So what I decided to do was make the mix – pour about 1/3 of the batter into the baking dish then layer with whole snicker bars then add the rest of the batter

It did require a bit more baking time – but the results are lovely
